When do tickets to Flash Festival Tuscany 2023 go on sale?
Very limited tickets available. There is an increase in demand for 2023 and it is expected to sell out fast.
1st November - First access to all previous ticketholders. A private link will be sent to all previous ticket holders from Flash 2017, 2019 and 2022 for 24 hours only.
2nd November - Pre-Sale on sale to all email subscribers for only 7 days or until sold out. Sign up here.
9th November - All glamping and camping bookings open.
How much are Festival Tickets?
Super Early Bird - €77 - SOLD OUT
Tier 1 - €88.00 SOLD OUT
Tier 2 - €99.00
Tier 3 - €110.00
Final Tier - €122.00
Are Tickets Refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to a friend. This is also the case if the festival is postponed due to government-imposed restrictions caused by the pandemic.
Does a Festival Ticket include camping?
You must book camping, glamping, car parking pass, shuttle bus pass in addition to your festival ticket.

All Camping Passes (Bellissimo Glamping, DIY, Campervan) are valid only with a Festival Ticket, which must be purchased separately.
What are my accommodation options at Flash Festival?
At FLASH you can live the full festival experience staying at the event by booking one of our boutique or classic camping options.
Bellissimo Glamping - Our Bellissimo Glamping (for 2 or 4 people) bell tents come with everything you and your partner in crime need to relax at FLASH.
All camping areas are fully equipped with toilet and shower facilities.
Do It Yourself (DIY) Camping - This one does what it says on the spare-pegs tin – pitch up with your own tent, no fuss
Passes from €20,00 per person and valid for the 3-days.
Campervan Pass - Park your campervan inside the festival for 3 days with access to toilets and showers. Please bear in mind that there will not be electrical and water plugs.

Hotels & Agriturismi - Not a camper? There are beautiful hotel and agriturismi options to book in the neighbourhood – check out the areas of Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona.
We advise you to read the information on how to reach the festival in the Getting There part below. There are no taxis in Castiglion Fiorentino and a few in Cortona or Arezzo, so you might need a car or a Festival Shuttle pass.
What is included in Bellissimo Glamping bell tents?
Our Bellissimo Glamping bell tents create a roomy space for four travel buddies or two romance-seeking couple. We’re more than happy to arrange either a double mattress or singles. Just let us know (when we’ll be in touch) and we’ll sort it out for you.

Is Flash Festival 18+ only?
FLASH Festival is 18+ event.
Under 18s and children are welcome but can only attend the festival if accompanied by an adult.
Food & Drink
You’ve got to the good part. There will be on-site stalls selling delicious Tuscan food, plus a range of bars with the finest cocktails, beer and of course wines!
All our food is cooked by local chefs and inspired by the Tuscan food traditions. Every glass of wine and cocktail is made with love (and lovely flavours).
The La Mangeria with Pasticceria, Espresso Bar, Salumeria, Pizzeria, Pasteria and Osteria will provide you with a range of tastes, from breakfast to lunch, from aperitivo and dinner to even late-night snacks!
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be also on the menus.
FLASH Festival is a small and independent festival that works with local producers and wine makers and we appreciate your collaboration to support its food and drinks.
For this reason, we are allowing Food & non-alcoholic drinks inside the campsite but not inside the event. Alcohol is not allowed in the campsite & event.

Parking
FLASH Festival is close to some convenient international airports where you can hire a car with your amici.
From Airports (by car)

If you are travelling by car, you can purchase a Car Parking Pass (€10 per car) in our Tickets page. There will be a secured car park inside the festival premises but with limited car parking spaces available so we advise you to book it in advance.
Share your car with new and old friends to help reducing Carbon emissions.
Parking passes are only valid with a Festival Ticket.
If you are planning to come and camp with a Campervan, you ONLY need to purchase a Campervan Pass per person (€20).
Accessibility
FLASH Festival is a fully accessible event.
Although, the Festival is on grass and can be tricky to get access to every part of the site.
