The Flash Festival Shuttle Bus will run continuously in a loop between these stops: Castiglion Fiorentino Train Station - Castiglion Fiorentino (Piazza Garibaldi Bus Stop) - Flash Festival site

Time: from 11.30 until close on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and from 7.00 - 14.00 on Sunday.

Florence Airport - 1 hour drive to FLASH Festival  or 1 hour by train to Castiglion Fiorentino Station*

Perugia Airport - 1 hour drive to FLASH Festival  or 1 hour by train to Castiglion Fiorentino Station*

Pisa Airport - 1.5 hour drive to FLASH Festival or 2 hours by train to Castiglion Fiorentino Station*

Bologna Airport  - 2 hours drive to FLASH Festival or 2.5 hour by train to Castiglion Fiorentino Station*

Rome Airport - 2 hours drive to FLASH Festival or 2.5 hour by train to Castiglion Fiorentino Station*

*Book Festival Shuttle from Castiglion Fiorentino Train Station to FLASH Festival (there are no taxis) or a Car Parking Pass.

Entry to the festival for 3 Days: Thursday 18th, Friday 19th, Saturday 20th May.

Camping or Glamping is to be booked separately. 

Workshops and masterclasses will be available to book via our website when the full program will announced.

FLASH Festival is 18+ event.

Under 18s and children are welcome but can only attend the festival if accompanied by an adult.

You may find the music lineup on the Flash Website. 

Set times will be available on our website and social media channels closer to the event. Make sure you follow us on IG (@flashfestivaltuscany) and you are signed up to FLASH Famiglia Mailing List.

The wine tasting masterclasses and pasta-making workshops program will be announced in April and will be available to book on our website.

You’ve got to the good part. There will be on-site stalls selling delicious Tuscan food, plus a range of bars with the finest cocktails, beer and of course wines!

All our food is cooked by local chefs and inspired by the Tuscan food traditions. Every glass of wine and cocktail is made with love (and lovely flavours).

The La Mangeria with Pasticceria, Espresso Bar, Salumeria, Pizzeria, Pasteria and Osteria will provide you with a range of tastes, from breakfast to lunch, from aperitivo and dinner to even late-night snacks!

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be also on the menus.

FLASH Festival is a small and independent festival that works with local producers and wine makers and we appreciate your collaboration to support its food and drinks.

For this reason, we are allowing Food & non-alcoholic drinks inside the campsite but not inside the event.  Alcohol is not allowed in the campsite & event.

Full Italian Hospitality program and food offerings will be announced soon.

FLASH Festival is close to some convenient international airports where you can hire a car with your amici.

From Airports (by car)

1 hour | Florence Airport – FLASH Festival

If you are travelling by car, you can purchase a Car Parking Pass (€10 per car) in our Tickets page. There will be a secured car park inside the festival premises but with limited car parking spaces available so we advise you to book it in advance.

Share your car with new and old friends to help reducing Carbon emissions.

Parking passes are only valid with a Festival Ticket.

If you are planning to come and camp with a Campervan, you ONLY need to purchase a Campervan Pass.

FLASH Festival is a fully accessible event.

Although, the Festival is on grass and can be tricky to get access to every part of the site. 

However, we’d be happy to hear your specific requirements and talk through the various scenarios, please do not hesitate to contact in advance -  ciao@flashfestivaltuscany.com and we will help you enjoy a great experience.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

We do have a few ground rules, most of them are pretty obvious, but they still need to be written down. Please don’t bring any of the following to the festival and campsite site:

  • Drugs
  • Alcohol
  • Food inside the event (Food allowed in the campsite)
  • Glass
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Candles, gas cookers and BBQs
  • Flares, fireworks or sparklers
  • Fires and open flames of any kind
  • Laser lights or laser pens
  • Dogs or other pets (other than guide dogs)
  • Any camera or other type of photographic or recording device or professional cameras (with removable lens) other than for personal use
  • Sound systems (except small portable speakers for campsite)
  • Banners, signs or material displaying poltiical, religious, offensive or race-related messages, slogans or images
  • Any objects bearing trademarks or other kinds of promotional signs for promotional purposes
  • Any other items deemed dangerous or potentially disruptive by the organisation

The anticipation for the next FLASH Festival is growing fast, but we wouldn’t have been able to get to this point without a heap of help.

CAMPING

At FLASH you can live the full festival experience staying at the event by booking one of our boutique or classic camping options. 

Bellissimo Glamping - Our Bellissimo Glamping (for 2 or 4 people) bell tents come with everything you and your partner in crime need to relax at FLASH.  

All camping areas are fully equipped with toilet and shower facilities.

Do It Yourself (DIY) Camping - This one does what it says on the spare-pegs tin – pitch up with your own tent, no fuss 

Passes from €20,00 per person and valid for the 3-days.

Campervan Pass - Park your campervan inside the festival for 3 days with access to toilets and showers. Please bear in mind that there will not be electrical and water plugs.

Passes are available to purchase on Flash website and valid for the 3-days.

Hotels & Agriturismi - Not a camper? There are beautiful hotel and agriturismi options to book in the neighbourhood – check out the areas of Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona.

We advise you to read the information on how to reach the festival in the Getting There part below. There are no taxis in Castiglion Fiorentino and a few in Cortona or Arezzo, so you might need a car or a Festival Shuttle pass.

Our Bellissimo Glamping bell tents create a roomy space for four travel buddies or two romance-seeking couple. We’re more than happy to arrange either a double mattress or singles. Just let us know (when we’ll be in touch) and we’ll sort it out for you.

All Camping Passes are non-refundable.

However, passes can be transferred to a friend. This is also the case if the festival is postponed due to government-imposed restrictions caused by the pandemic.

Not a camper? There are beautiful hotel and agriturismo options to book in the neighbourhood – check out the areas of Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona.

We advise you to read the information on how to reach the festival. There are no taxis in Castiglion Fiorentino and a few in Cortona or Arezzo, so you might need a car or a Flash Festival Shuttle pass.

Shuttle Bus does a continuous loop stopping at 3 stops:

Tickets for Flash Festival 2023 went on sale in November 2022 and are already on Final Tier and almost sold out.

Super Early Bird - €77 - SOLD OUT

Tickets are non-refundable. 

However, tickets can be transferred to a friend. This is also the case if the festival is postponed due to government-imposed restrictions caused by the pandemic. 

If purchase via DICE, you can transfer/send the ticket/s to someone else directly through their app. 

If purchased via EASOL you can either: 

- Transfer: Send us an email at ciao@flashfestivaltuscany.com with the friend/s details you wish to transfer the ticket/s. The Recipient must create an Easol Account before transferring the ticket over.

- Resell: using TicketSwap, our official reselling platform. Note: this is only possible if you have purchased via EASOL.

You must book camping, glamping, car parking pass, shuttle bus pass in addition to your festival ticket.
