Flash Festival is a 4 day festival. For the best experience, we encourage you to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday.
Day Tickets will not be available for FLASH24.
Please pre-book your camping before arrival to not miss out on your spot.
Each camping option is also working on a limited spots available.
Festival Tickets are non-refundable.
If you can't attend, tickets can be transferred to a friend or resold via Easol platform (the only authorised ticket agent). Please see instructions on following question.
Ticket transfers and resale will close on Sunday 12th May.
If you booked a Festival Ticket and you cannot attend anymore you can now login into your Easol account and follow one of these options:
1 - TRANSFER: we always recommend this option to not miss out on the Flash experience and lose the ticket value (a friend can benefit to attend at a cheaper price than current selling tier) and the booking fee. Login into your Easol account to transfer the full booking or if you want to transfer part of the booking please email us at bookings@flashfestivaltuscany.com with full name and email of the new lead booker. The new recipient must create an Easol Account before transferring it over.
2 - RESELL: you can select on your Easol account to resell one or more tickets. Your ticket/s will be listed as “Resale: Festival Ticket” and can be purchased at the current selling Tier. If sold, you will receive back the ticket’s face value you paid without the booking fee. Once sold, you will receive an email notification to confirm it has been resold and your refund is processing.

We only authorise these two reselling methods via Easol platforms (the only ticket agent). Any tickets resold in other non-authorised reselling platform are not valid for entry. Why? To ensure a secure and reliable resale process. To avoid tickets touting so you won’t be scammed/sold a ticket twice or a fake one!
When booking you will receive a confirmation email confirming your booking (this is not your ticket). Your Festival Ticket and Accommodation Bookings will be sent days before the event.
You can check your bookings via logging into your Easol account: www.myeasol.com/bookings
Payment plan allows you to pay the total price in 3 instalments, with a little extra fee. If you choose a payment plan option, your credit card will be automatically charged equal payments on a monthly basis until the full balance is paid starting from once you made the first booking.
If your credit card fails to be charged, you will receive an automatic email notification and Easol will attempt to charge the card two more times. The attempts to charge the card on file will be made in one-week intervals.
If all the attempts to charge the card fail, you will need to update your credit card details and pay for the remaining balance at yourdomain.com/bookings. You can change credit card details logging into this page anytime.
If you miss the third payment, your payment plan will be cancelled and revert to a manual payment within 24 hours. We could send you then a manual payment link to pay the remaining balance or you will lose the entire booking.
FLASH is a music festival and so much more; a festival with the heavenly taste of Tuscany savoured over four days of eating, drinking and dancing in a safe, intimate space for all… a festival for those seeking boundless freedom and simple, rich pleasures. As well as enjoying the riches of Tuscany, festival goers can experience pasta making and wine tasting masterclasses from the experts who are involved in making local foods & wines all year round. There will also be a programme of wellbeing activities to take part in across the weekend.
For Flash Festival’s fifth edition, the line-up has been scaled-up to offer the most generous serving yet to just several hundred revellers from across the globe. The line-up to be announced in November is made to be appreciated by discerning dance music heads but engineered to be enjoyed by all.

FLASH Festival is 18+ event.
Under 18s and children are welcome but can only attend the festival if accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately, the festival is not designed for kids. There are no activities to make the little ones entertained and it is not safe for the kids to run around, especially at night-time with lots of hazard for kids.

Flash Festival is located on a private air-strip only 15 mins drive outside of Castiglion Fiorentino.
Shuttle Bus' will run from CF Train Station (to be pre-booked) and CF Town Centre throughout the weekend.
Please note: we are in the middle of the Tuscan countryside and there are no taxis in the area, hence why we organise the shuttle bus.
Yes, there are drinking water taps located around the festival site.
This will be available before the festival.
No - car/bag searches will be done at entry.
You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drink to the campsite. Although this is not allowed inside the event.
No - pets are not allowed inside the festival. |
WHAT TO BRING:
We do have a few ground rules, most of them are pretty obvious, but they still need to be written down. Please don’t bring any of the following to the festival and campsite site:

2 - Glamping for 4 people
3 - Glamping for 6 people
4 - Pre-pitched tent for 2 people
5 - DIY Camping - pitch up your own tent
6 - Campervans - there are limited campervan spots available
7 - Book accomm in Castiglion Fiorentino and catch the shuttle bus to/from FLASH
Not a camper? There are beautiful hotel and agriturismi options to book in the neighbourhood – check out the areas of Castiglion Fiorentino.
We advise you to read the information on how to reach the festival in the Getting There part below. There are no taxis in Castiglion Fiorentino and a few in Cortona or Arezzo, so you might need a car or a Festival Shuttle pass (and check the Shuttle bus stops).
Our Bellissimo Glamping bell tents create a roomy space for two, four or six travel buddies. We’re more than happy to arrange either a double mattress or singles. Just let us know (when we’ll be in touch prior to the festival for check-ins) and we’ll sort it out for you.
All Camping Passes are non are non-refundable but you can transfer them to a friend. Ticket and Camping Passes transfers will close on Sunday 12th May.
How? You can now login into your Easol account and find "Transfer" option. The Recipient must create an Easol Account before transferring it over.

Of course, Festival Tickets allow pass-outs so you can enter/leave the festival site during the event days.
Although, when planning, please keep in mind that there are no transports (private, such taxi, or public) in the area as Flash site is in the remote Tuscan countryside. You could either drive a car (get a Car Parking Pass) or book a Flash Shuttle Bus to bring you in/out to the festival with limited stops. We advise you to read the information on how to reach the festival in the Getting There part below.

If you are arriving at the Train Station – you should book a designated Castiglion Fiorentino Train Station Shuttle Bus (times to be pre-booked) and if you are staying in the village centre should book a designated Castiglion Fiorentino Town Centre bus to reach FLASH.
There are no taxis or public transport in the Castiglion Fiorentino - we are in a rural part of Tuscany.
FLASH24 will be operating 2 Shuttle Bus Lines.
Shuttle Bus 1 - Castiglion Fiorentino Train Station - times will need to be pre-booked from 28th November.
Shuttle Bus 2 - Castiglion Fiorentino Town Centre - Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi. To be pre-booked in advance from 28th November.

FLASH Festival is accessible to all. The Festival is mostly flat although is on grass which can makes tricky to get access to every part of the site, especially when wet. Yes. If you are driving to Flash Festival the car park is located approximately 500m from the festival entrance. There are limited spaces available, so we advise you to book a Car Parking Pass in advance. Parking passes are only valid with a Festival Ticket. If you are planning to come and camp with a Campervan, you ONLY need to purchase a Campervan Pass.

No, there are no taxis or public transport in the area of Castiglion Fiorentino hence why we organise the Shuttle Bus. There are some private lifts/drivers (NCC) but they are a few, not reliable and hard to get booked.
