Step into our festival's beating heart – a charming mini village where authentic Tuscan flavours come alive through our tiny Salumeria, Pasticceria, Pizzeria, Pasteria, and Caffetteria. Curated with passion by local festival co-founder Benedetta alongside her circle of friends and family, La Mangeria isn't just about serving food – it's about sharing stories, traditions, and the freshest local produce with every bite. We believe everyone deserves to feast, which is why we cater thoughtfully for all diets and intolerances, from gluten-free to plant-based options.

As a small, independent, family-run festival created by festival lovers, we know the frustration of overpriced festival food. That's why you'll find a soul-warming bowl of handmade pasta – quite possibly the best you'll ever taste – for just €6. Begin your morning with fresh cornetto pastries and barista-made coffee at our Espresso Bar, indulge in tagliatelle con ragu that melts in your mouth, then wind down with aperitivo at sunset featuring artisanal salami and pecorino from our Salumeria. 

We treat our food lineup with the same reverence as our musical artists – because from pizza and porchetta to focaccia and gnocchi, every dish tells the story of Tuscany.

Our real-life local Nonnas who've spent lifetimes perfecting their craft in renowned restaurants, private kitchens, and most importantly, feeding their own families. 

These hands-on workshops don't just teach you authentic techniques; you'll create your own lunch from scratch, then watch as your handmade pasta dances in rolling, sea-salted water cooked to perfect al dente. 

With intimate class sizes and generations of wisdom at your fingertips, this is your chance to take home a piece of Tuscan culinary soul.
