FLASH is a music festival and so much more – a four-day celebration of Tuscany's heavenly flavors, savored through eating, drinking, and dancing in an intimate space designed for everyone. This is a festival for those seeking boundless freedom and simple, rich pleasures.
Experience the authentic riches of Tuscany through pasta-making with Nonna and wine-tasting masterclasses led by local wine makers who craft these treasures year-round. Throughout the weekend, you can also immerse yourself in our wellbeing program designed to nourish body and soul and attend unique storytelling moments.
For Flash Festival's return and official 6th edition, we've curated our most generous lineup yet for several hundred revellers from across the globe. The full lineup will be announced soon – crafted to delight discerning dance music heads and designed to be enjoyed by all.
With the program now starting on Wednesday, the next edition will be also including more workshops and talks - full program will be announced in the next year.

Some of these activities are included in your festival ticket while others will need to be pre-booked at a reasonable price.
Wednesday 13th May - Gates open at 12:30pm – the magic begins!
Thursday 14th May - Saturday 16th May - 12:30pm until late.
Sunday 17th May (Camping guests) - Relaxed checkout before 14:00.
Absolutely! Flash Festival is perfect for solo travelers. Our intimate atmosphere makes it incredibly easy to meet like-minded people, and many of our best friendships have been formed on the dance floor and over shared meals or glass(es) of wine. You'll arrive solo and leave with a famiglia.
Flash Festival welcomes guests 18 and over. Young people under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult who can ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
While we adore little ones, Flash Festival is designed as an adult experience. The festival environment is better suited for grown-ups seeking to relax, dance, and explore without the structure children typically need.

Yes! We have convenient phone charging facilities available throughout the festival site.
We'll share the site map before the festival. Good news – Flash is beautifully intimate, so everything is within easy walking distance and you'll quickly know your way around!
You're welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to the campsite for convenience. Inside the festival site, we've curated an incredible selection of local Tuscan cuisine that we'd love for you to experience!
We cater for different budgets and dietary requirements, from breakfast to dinner.
Flash is Cashless. We accept cards only.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that pets stay home (with the exception of registered assistance animals who are always welcome - they will need to be pre-approved by us so please just send us an email in advance).

- Sun protection (it's glorious but strong!)
- Reusable water bottle
- Hat for those sunny Tuscan days
- Warm layers for evening (nights can be cool)
- Swimmers and activewear if you wish

To keep Flash Festival safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you leave these items at home:

- Outside alcohol (we have amazing local options!)
- Glass containers
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Open flames, candles, gas cookers, BBQs
- Flares, fireworks or sparklers
- Laser lights or laser pens
For everyone's comfort:
- Pets (other than registered assistance animals)
- Professional camera equipment (personal cameras are fine!)
- Large sound systems (small portable speakers for campsite are okay)
- Promotional banners or politically/religiously charged signage
Why these rules? We're all about creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone can relax and enjoy the Tuscan magic together!
TICKETS
Your Festival Ticket is your key to four incredible days of music, culture, and connection! It grants you access to the festival site from Wednesday 13th through Saturday 16th May 2026.
Some wellness activities and talks will be included in your tickets. Workshops and masterclasses will be available to book via our website when the full program launches in February 2026.
Please note: Accommodation (camping/glamping/villa), shuttle buses and parking are booked separately, giving you the flexibility to customise your Flash experience. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions - happy to help plan your trip.
Flash is intentionally intimate – we limit ticket numbers each year to preserve the close-knit community vibe that makes our festival so special and allows us to curate all experiences, food and drink offerings to its best. We value local and low impact, authentic and simple quality above all.

Early Bird - €145 + 10% Booking Fee (SOLD OUT)
Tier 1 - €160 + 10% BF (SOLD OUT)
Tier 2 - €175 + 10% BF
Tier 3 - €190 + 10% BF
Tier 4 - €205 + 10% BF
Payment Plans are available with additional 5% fee.

Festival Tickets and accommodation are booked separately, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect stay option for your needs and budget!
Flash Festival is designed as an immersive four-day experience. We encourage you to arrive on Wednesday and stay through Sunday to fully escape into the magic and to make the most of every moment.
To preserve the intimate festival atmosphere, day tickets won't be available for Flash Festival 2026.
Festival Tickets are final sale to help us plan the best possible experience. If your plans change, you have two great options: transfer your ticket to a friend so they can enjoy the Flash magic, or resell it through our official ticket reseller platform - TicketSwap.
Ticket transfers and resale close on Sunday 10th May, so plan ahead!
Life happens! If you can't attend, you have two options:
Option 1 - TRANSFER (Recommended!): Share the Flash experience with a friend! They'll benefit from your ticket price and you won't lose the booking fee.
- 1 - Log in to your Easol account to transfer the full booking;
- 2 - To transfer part of a booking, select the ticket you want to transfer.
- 3 - The recipient must create an Easol account first.
Option 2 - RESELL: You can now resell your ticket via TicketSwap, our official ticket reseller.
1- Download your ticket/s (PDF) accessing your Easol account.
2- Upload your ticket/s to TicketSwap to start the listing (selling) process. TicketSwap service fees will be applied.
Important notes:
- Only the lead booker can resell Tickets in a booking;
- This option is only valid for full paid Festival Ticket
- Payment plan tickets can only be resold when they have been fully paid.
- We do not guarantee that your tickets will be sold;
Deadline: Ticket transfer & resale close Sunday 10th May.
We only authorise resales via TicketSwap (our official secondary ticketing platform) to ensure secure, reliable transactions for everyone. To avoid tickets touting so you won’t be scammed/sold a ticket twice or a fake one!
Any tickets resold or exchanged other than on our website will not be valid.
If you are experiencing issues selling your tickets, please reach out to the TicketSwap support team.
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking (this confirms your purchase but isn't your actual ticket). Your Tickets and Accommodation details will be sent in the days leading up to the event – plenty of time to get excited!

Easol is our only ticket agent and the official booking platform for Flash Festival Tuscany – your secure portal for all things tickets and accommodation!
You can buy, transfer and resell tickets via Easol.
Our payment plan makes Flash Festival more accessible by spreading the cost into 3 easy instalments.
Choose this option at checkout and your card will be automatically charged equal monthly payments until your balance is paid. This will include a 5% fee.
No stress! If a payment doesn't go through, you'll receive an automatic email notification. Easol will retry twice more at one-week intervals.
If all attempts fail, simply log into your Easol account page (www.flashfestivaltuscany.com/bookings) to update your card details and pay the remaining balance.
Important: If the third payment doesn't process, your payment plan converts to manual payment within 24 hours. We can send you a payment link for the balance, or you can pay through your account to keep your booking secure.

CAMPING
We've created a range of options to suit every style and budget!
1. DIY Camping - Bring your own tent and choose your perfect spot in our shaded, tree-lined camping area.
2. Pre-Pitched Tent Package - A waterproof 2-person tent set up and waiting for you in the forest! Includes inflatable double mattress, 2 sleeping bags, and 2 pillows. Just arrive and relax!
3. Canvas Bell Tents - Available in Basic and Premium options with various level of comforts for groups of 2, 3, or 4 people:
- Basic - Your canvas bell tent under the trees ready with inflatable mattress, sleeping bags.
- Premium - Your canvas bell tent under the trees with luxury inflatable mattress, fresh linens and duvet, pillows and festival comfort at its finest.
4. Campervan Spots - Limited availability for those who prefer mobile comfort.
All campers have access to toilets and hot showers. We will offer a fresh morning pastry, either savoury or sweet, from the Pasticceria pre 11am. Wake up each morning with yoga & movement sessions to recharge for the day.
5. Stay Offsite - You can book a beautiful apartment or room in one of our agriturismi nearby (for 2, 3 or 4 people - more info to come soon!) or book one by yourself.
If it will be in Castiglion Fiorentino, you can catch our daily CF Town Centre Shuttle Bus to Flash and back (book your 4 day pass per person for unlimited rides). If your accommodation is within 15 minutes drive, this year we are launching the Flash Taxi - you can book a 4 day pass (per person) for one pick up and drop off a day to your local private accommodation.
Getting around: We recommend reading our "Getting There" section below. Since we're nestled in peaceful Tuscan countryside with very limited local transport and no taxi, you'll want to either drive (with a Car Parking Pass) or book a Festival Shuttle pass.
While Camping Passes are final sale, you can absolutely transfer them to a friend! Transfers close Sunday 10th May.

Absolutely! Your Festival Ticket includes re-entry privileges, so you can come and go during event days.

Both pre-pitched and DIY camping are nestled in lovely shaded areas with clean toilets and refreshing or hot showers nearby. Everything you need for comfortable festival living!
No electrical hooks or water drainage are available in this festival campsite.
Yes! We have a limited number of campervan spots available (book early!).
Details:
- Maximum 6 people per Campervan Pass
- The price is per campervan, either you will be 2 or 6 people
- No electrical or water hookups (keeping it naturally Tuscan!)
Flash is beautifully compact! The campsite is just a 50-meter stroll from the action – close enough to dash back for a quick rest, far enough to sleep peacefully when you're ready.

- Driving? Book a Car or Motorbike Parking Pass
- Arriving by train? Book our designated Castiglion Fiorentino Train Station Shuttle Bus (Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, pre-book your time slot)
- Staying in town? Book our Castiglion Fiorentino Town Centre shuttle: 4 Day Unlimited Trips to/from Castiglion Fiorentino Town Centre to Flash Festival and back. Ideal for who wants to visit the town centre
- Staying in a private accommodation or villa nearby (15 minutes drive from Flash)? Book our special Flash Taxi! Our special private shuttle will pick you up from your villa and drop off at Flash Festival (and return) once a day, for all 4 days!
Note: We're in beautiful rural Tuscany, which means there are no taxis and public transport are extremely limited – plan ahead for the smoothest journey!
Italy gets lots of train strikes (no jokes), book an airport shuttle to avoid any issues!
Yes! Car and Motorbike 4 Day Parking Passes are available and required if you're driving. Price per car/motorbike. We recommend reserving yours early to guarantee your spot!
