Your Festival Ticket is your key to four incredible days of music, culture, and connection! It grants you access to the festival site from Wednesday through morning of Sunday.

Some wellness activities and talks will be included in your tickets. Workshops and masterclasses will be available to book via our website when the full program launches

Please note: Accommodation (camping/glamping/villa), shuttle buses and parking are booked separately, giving you the flexibility to customise your Flash experience. 

Flash is intentionally intimate – we limit ticket numbers each year to preserve the close-knit community vibe that makes our festival so special and allows us to curate all experiences, food and drink offerings to its best. We value local and low impact, authentic and simple quality above all. 

Festival tickets for our 10th anniversary edition (2027) start at €185 + 10% booking fee.

Prices rise in three tiers. Tier 1 is €185, Tier 2 is €1200 and Tier 3 is €215 (all + 10% booking fee). When a tier sells out, the next one opens straight away, so the earlier you book, the less you pay.

Our first release goes on sale on Tuesday 29th September at 11am BST / 12noon CET, for Flash Famiglia only. Join the newsletter to be on the list. The next release is on 27th October, and payment plans are available from that release onwards.

Accommodation, camping and transport open separately on 13th October.

Your ticket gives you access to all the music at Podere Sant'Apollonia in Castiglion Fiorentino, plus a selection of included experiences. Some extras, like pasta making, wine masterclasses and the Tuscan Feast, are pre-book only.

Festival Tickets and accommodation are booked separately, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect stay option for your needs and budget!

Flash Festival is designed as an immersive four-day experience. We encourage you to arrive on Wednesday and stay through Sunday morning to fully escape into the magic and to make the most of every moment.

To preserve the intimate festival atmosphere, day tickets won't be available for Flash Festival 2027.

Festival Tickets are final sale to help us plan the best possible experience. If your plans change, you have two great options: transfer your ticket to a friend so they can enjoy the Flash magic, or resell it through our official ticket reseller platform - TicketSwap. 

We always recommend to transfer to a friend who can make it. 

TicketSwap option will open in the new year.

Ticket transfers and resale close beginning of May (date TBC), so plan ahead!

Life happens! If you can't attend, you have two options:

Option 1 - TRANSFER (Recommended!): Share the Flash experience with a friend! They'll benefit from your ticket price and you won't lose the booking fee.

• 1 - Log in to your Easol account to transfer the full booking;
• 2 - To transfer part of a booking, select the ticket you want to transfer. 
• 3 - The recipient must create an Easol account first.

Option 2 - RESELL: You will be able to resell your ticket via TicketSwap, our ONLY official ticket reseller. This will become available in the new year - date TBC.

This how you will do it:

1- Download your ticket/s (PDF) accessing your Easol account.

2- Upload your ticket/s to TicketSwap to start the listing (selling) process. TicketSwap service fees will be applied.

Important notes:

• Only the lead booker can resell Tickets in a booking;
• This option is only valid for full paid Festival Ticket 
• Payment plan tickets can only be resold when they have been fully paid.
• We do not guarantee that your tickets will be sold;

We only authorise resales via TicketSwap (our official secondary ticketing platform) to ensure secure, reliable transactions for everyone. To avoid tickets touting so you won’t be scammed/sold a ticket twice or a fake one!

Any tickets resold or exchanged other than on our website will not be valid.

If you are experiencing issues selling your tickets, please reach out to the TicketSwap support team.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking (this confirms your purchase but isn't your actual ticket). Your Tickets and Accommodation details will be sent in the days leading up to the event – plenty of time to get excited!

Easol is the only and official booking platform for Flash Festival Tuscany – your secure portal for all things tickets and accommodation!

You can buy, transfer and resell tickets via Easol.

Payment Plans are available for tickets and other bookings. Our payment plan makes Flash Festival more accessible by spreading the cost into 3 easy instalments. A 5% fee applies to your payment.

Choose this option at checkout and your card will be automatically charged equal monthly payments until your balance is paid. This will include a 5% fee.

No stress! If a payment doesn't go through, you'll receive an automatic email notification. Easol will retry twice more at one-week intervals.

If all attempts fail, simply log into your Easol account page (www.flashfestivaltuscany.com/bookings) to update your card details and pay the remaining balance.

Important: If the third payment doesn't process, your payment plan converts to manual payment within 24 hours. We can send you a payment link for the balance, or you can pay through your account to keep your booking secure.

Easol has partnered with XCover Protection to offer the option to buy additional protection on your booking. 

This can only be purchased during the checkout and cannot be added later on.
