Flash Festival 2026 - Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

We offer the option to pay for tickets and other bookings in 3 equal instalments with a 5% extra fee in accordance with a Payment Plan. 

You can choose this option at the checkout, the first payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the remaining two instalments will automatically charge the card on file in one-month intervals. You can always check your Payment Plan dates and amounts in your Easol account (www.flashfestivaltuscany.myeasol.com/bookings)  

If you choose to pay for tickets and other bookings via Payment Plan, you acknowledge and agree that:  

  • You must enter valid payment card details;

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment card details remain valid and up to date.  You will have the opportunity to change your payment card details through your Easol account, but you must do this before payment of the next instalment becomes due.

Failed Payments: If a Payment Plan has been setup, we will automatically take payment of the instalment on each payment date within the Payment Plan. It is your responsibility to ensure payments do not fail, but if a payment attempt fails for whatever reason, you will:

  • Receive an email notification advising you that we will try to take payment and Easol will attempt to charge the card in 7 days time. If the payment attempt fails again, we will notify you and attempt to charge the card on file again in 7 days time. In total, two attempts will be made in one-week intervals.

  • If all the attempts to charge the card fail, you will need to update your credit card details in your Easol account and pay for the remaining balance. You can change credit card details logging into your Easol account page anytime.

  • If you miss the third payment, your payment plan will be cancelled and revert to a manual payment within 24 hours. You will need to update your credit card details in your Easol account and pay for the remaining balance. We will send you a manual payment link to pay the remaining balance or you will lose the entire booking.

Changing Payment Card Details: If your payment card has expired or no longer valid, you can change the details of your registered payment card through your Easol account.

Last payment plan: Only customers who book at least 3 months in advance will be offered this plan.
