Flash Festival doesn't start with a DJ set. It starts with dinner.

A long-table dining experience, immersed in Tuscan nature.

For the first time ever, the festival opens on Wednesday evening with a long-table Opening Feast, a convivial countryside supper inspired by traditional Tuscan harvest dinners: the kind of communal, generous, we're-all-in-this-together meal that signals the real beginning of something.

Prepared by La Mangeria's full kitchen team together, the entire community gathers beneath open skies to share antipasti, fresh pasta, slow-cooked meats and wine poured from carafes as music drifts through the hills. 

It's the dinner equivalent of a festival's opening ceremony.

What's Included:

—  Antipasto misto Toscano, maccheroni (tagliatelle), slow cooked meats and roasted potatoes, cantuccini 

—  A carafe of red wine each 2 people

—  Vegetarian, Vegan and GF options available (to specify in the booking dietary requirements section)

—  A communal, convivial dining experience made intentionally accessible so everyone can join us. Come one, come all.
