After the success of his Flash debut in 2024, Chef Leonardo Barbagli returns with a brand new menu and the same unshakeable philosophy that made his first appearance unforgettable: Elegante Semplicità. Elegant simplicity. Two words that sound effortless and take a lifetime to master.
Inspired by the rhythms of the land and the rich agricultural and traditions of Arezzo, Leonardo's cuisine is built entirely on the Zero Kilometre approach — seasonal produce chosen with intention, arriving at your plate carrying the full story of where it came from.

This is not just a meal. It is a journey through Tuscan traditions guided by a chef who believes that food, at its finest, is an act of storytelling. Each of the four courses — antipasto, primo, secondo and dessert — is paired with a carefully selected wine, and accompanied by Leonardo's own account of the history, the memory, and the love woven into every recipe.
Seats are intentionally limited. This is a deliberate, intimate experience — convivial dining in the truest Tuscan sense, where the table is shared, the conversation flows, and the only thing that matters is what's in front of you.
