Flash is proud to welcome Jordan Mae Antoinette, one of London's leading wellness instructors — movement teacher, breathwork coach, mindful meditation guide, retreat host, radio show host and DJ — to lead our wellbeing programme across the festival experience.
Jordan's teaching is built on a simple and powerful belief: that movement, breath and mindful awareness are deeply interconnected, and that everyone — regardless of experience — deserves a space that feels welcoming, comfortable and safe to explore different layers of themselves. We are so glad she's bringing all of that to the fields of Flash.

The best way to start a festival day? This. Jordan's signature Tone & Flow class is a powerful, joyful blend of yoga, pilates and strength training — set to a live DJ set that turns the airstrip into something between a workout and a party.
Each sequence is intentionally designed to build coordination, endurance and inner clarity. Expect high vibes, deep focus, and a movement experience unlike anything else on the Flash programme. This isn't just exercise — it's 60 minutes of intentional movement and conscious breathwork, followed by handmade pasta and real connection with your community.

A yoga flow to reset the mind and body
Mid-festival is exactly the right moment to give yourself a little time. Flow State is a yoga flow built around movement and breath — designed to clear stale energy, settle the mind, and leave you feeling genuinely refreshed for whatever the afternoon brings.
Think of it as a reset button. One hour on the grass, moving with intention, breathing with awareness. You'll walk back onto the dance floor feeling like you've had a full night's sleep. Almost.

By Saturday morning, you've danced, you've eaten, you've laughed, you've stayed up later than you planned. You deserve a hug. This class is that hug.
Jordan's signature Melt Sessions are a unique blend of yin and restorative yoga, infused with conscious breathwork and mindful awareness. Designed to promote deep relaxation, release tension, and cultivate stillness — this special Flash edition closes the weekend with a guided meditation and a long, stretchy, deeply satisfying melt, immersed in the Tuscan countryside.
